A review of data turbine project was done early in September by Rafi and it was decided that we will not use the code for the reasons given below.

• Dimsim buffer was visualized as a local structure  which communicates to the outside world using CIMA , which uses xml parcels for communication.
  
  Data Turbine, on the other hand provides users with multiple views for the data stored in it. To quote from the website 'Web applications see RBNB as a Web server. File-based applications see RBNB as a mounted file-system. Streaming applications see RBNB as a publish/subscribe server.  All at the same time, for the same data, in any combination of distributed applications. '
