Request Tracker

Help system for the JCU HPC unit. NOTE: Be sure to use a descriptive subject and include as much information as possible in the body.

2009 Update:  The RT system is in a state of disrepair.  Please send an Email to hpc@jcu.edu.au for assistance until this message is removed.

Find the queue related to your issue and enter a request ticket.

  • Account Help - problems with authentication/authorization on HPC systems.
  • Desktop Help - problems experienced using HPC software/services on you desktop.  IT support should be consulted for other desktop support.
  • Cluster Help - problems with cluster software or services running on the cluster.
  • General Suggestions - a place to make suggestions on how you think we could improve your HPC experience.
  • General Help - if you need assistance with something that doesn't fit into any of the above categories.
